Project Description
A 58,000-sf land assemblage south of the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This high end residential development includes a 27-story building with 340 units, which will be a mix of studios and one bedroom apartments. The design and development team has placed a strong emphasis on various and unique and modern amenities including a rooftop pool and amazing views of river and downtown Fort Lauderdale.
